UK deliveries excluding non-UK mainland
Your order will be delivered by courier and please allow up to 4 working days.
We will email you to confirm dispatch.
Deliveries take place during the working week from Monday to Friday.
Overseas and non-mainland UK
For overseas and non-mainland deliveries postage is charged at cost.
Delivery times may vary so please allow up to 14 days.
If you wish to place an order from outside the UK, please contact info@beesafesupplies.com to arrange.
Free Delivery over £50
When you spend more than £50, you will receive FREE delivery.
If you spend less than £50 we charge £4.95 for delivery.
BeeSafe Supplies Refund and Return Policy
We strive to ensure that you, our valued customer, are happy and content at all times. If our product is not what you expected or not 100% to your liking please contact us, we will do our upmost to refund you for any product that can be returned to us in its original packaging and condition. If there is an issue with the product, we will of course be able to offer a full refund or send out the duplicate goods to you. Please be aware that return postage will have to come at your own expense, otherwise we are generally happy to offer a full refund or replacement depending on your preferences.
We ask that the product is kept in good condition and that it is returned in its original packaging, products must be sent off for return within 30 days.
Applies to the UK and Northern Ireland, this does not affect your statutory rights.
